Testbor Math Olympiad

1. General Information about the Olympiad

  1. Organizer: Testbor.uz platform.
  2. Subject: Mathematics.
  3. Participants: Students from 2nd to 11th grades.
  4. Stages: 2 stages.
  5. Language: Tasks are available in Uzbek and Russian. Participants choose their preferred language during registration.
  6. Dates:
    • Registration: Starts from November 30.
    • Stage 1 (Preliminary Round): January 3.
      • Test schedules for each grade will be displayed in participants’ profiles and announced on Testbor.uz.
    • Stage 2 (Final Round): Starts from January 11.
  7. Final Location: Turin Polytechnic University, Tashkent.

2. Registration

  1. Registration Period: Starts from November 30.
  2. How to Register:
    • Through the Testbor.uz website.
    • Via Telegram bot @testboruz_bot.
  3. Required Information:
    • Full name.
    • Date of birth (year, month, day).
    • Preferred language for the test (Uzbek or Russian).
  4. Accuracy of Information: Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to disqualification.

3. Olympiad Stages and Evaluation System

Stage 1: Preliminary Round

  1. Format: Online.
  2. Date: January 3.
  3. Duration: 60 minutes.
  4. Number of Questions: 15.
  5. Test Time Information:
    • Test times for each grade will be displayed in participants’ profiles.
    • Detailed information will also be available on Testbor.uz.
  6. Evaluation System:
    • A maximum of 100 points can be scored for 15 questions.
    • In case of a tie in points, participants will be ranked based on the time taken to complete the test.
  7. Selection Criteria: The top 100 participants from each grade with the highest scores advance to the final round.

Stage 2: Final Round

  1. Format: Offline.
  2. Date: Starts from January 11.
  3. Location: Turin Polytechnic University, Tashkent.
  4. Duration: 60 minutes.
  5. Evaluation System:
    • A maximum of 100 points can be scored for 15 questions.
    • In case of a tie in points, participants will be ranked based on the time taken to complete the test.
  6. Verification:
    • Participants must provide an identity document (passport, ID card, or birth certificate).
    • A document from the school confirming the participant's enrollment is required.

4. Prize Pool

Prizes for Final Winners (for each grade):

  1. 1st Place: 1,000,000 UZS.
  2. 2nd Place: 700,000 UZS.
  3. 3rd Place: 500,000 UZS.

Bonuses for Finalists:

  1. Certificate signed by the rector of Turin Polytechnic University.
  2. A 20% discount coupon for paid lessons on Testbor.uz.
  3. 5000 Tcoin, virtual currency on Testbor.uz, which can be used in the Testbor store to purchase goods.

5. Appeals Process

  1. Submission Deadline: Appeals can be submitted within 1 hour after the results are published.
  2. Review Process: Results will be re-evaluated, and a decision will be made on the same day.

6. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified in the following cases:

  1. Using multiple devices to log into the same account.
  2. External help or tampering with test results.
  3. Incorrect or incomplete documentation.
  4. Providing false personal information.
  5. Failure to adhere to the test schedule.

Vacant spots left by disqualified participants will be filled by the next-ranked participants.
